Main Duties & Responsibilities: Document Control. Develop and implement processes related to document control within the Design team and work with a project team to implement systems of control the Ongoing Projects Documents within the Design Team and with other Departments. Submit documents and creating Transmittal through Document Control. Generate the various document control reports as required.
Maintaining Records and Documents
Maintain updated records of all approved documents and drawings and their distribution clearly. Makes sure that controlled copies of the latest approved documents and drawings are given to the appropriate staff.
