His duties include maintenance and appearance of Lawn area, shrubs, trees, palms, and ground cover shall be performed in a professional workmanlike manner. Grounds maintenance is defined as fertilizing, mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, weeding, disease and insect control, debris and litter removal from the plant bed; palm, flower, tree, and shrubs & ground cover maintenance.
