You need to identify the performance skills and knowledge and information gaps of a targeted audience and create select and suggest learning experiences to fill this gap.

Responsibility: Digital content creation - you must have done this. Needs analysis, Generate learning outcomes, Develop course outline and storyboard, Assist copywriters, Create assessments, Commit to sprint goals, Client liaison, Attend meetings, Manage relationship, Provide advice, Keep client updated, Provide feedback and quotes, Quality checking of storyboards, Admin.

Minimum Requirements: Gr 12, Relevant qualification in Instructional Design or similar. 1 year experience in instructional design - NON NEGOTIABLE. 1 year experience in Account Management NON NEGOTIABLE. In depth knowledge of learning theories & instructional design models. Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio and video scripts. Broad digital literacy. Skills in analysis and evaluation. Please note that if you do not have the minimum requirements do not apply.
