After the training modules are complete one can request for log-ins and immediately start dialing once your log-ins are inserted onto the system. An individual’s earning potential is uncapped and can be tracked on a daily basis on a sales consultant’s dashboard.

Tasks and responsibilities: Satisfying customer needs. Making outbound calls. Managing database. Escalating and forwarding system issues to our Technical Team. Learn and follow instructions, use standard operating procedures and call scripts, FAQs as provided by management. Participation in all required training.

Payment: R125 Per QA Passed Sale.

Agent Requirements: 1- 2 years call center experience. (Inbound or outbound). Excellent written and spoken communication skills. Positive and kind attitude. Service-oriented thinking and acting. Ability to work at least 3-6 hours a day. Flexibility and patience.

Work Environment Requirements: Quiet workplace. Headsets Laptop/PC with Windows 10. Internet connection.
