The position entails Day to day office administration duties, making and receiving phone calls, payroll administration, ordering stock, reception and client liaisons, basic HR duties, good communication skills (written and spoken), strong organizational skills, must be able to prioritize, be presentable, have a good command of the English language, PA to the Director, preparing communications on behalf of the director, organizing travel arrangements, organizing and planning meetings when necessary. Training will be provided where necessary.
Requirements: Must be fully computer literate – especially in excel, word, and Emails. Verbal and written articulacy. Professional discretion, Efficiency, Driver’s License advantageous. Well-developed time management skills. Strong organizational skills. Well presented. Hours: 8 am to 3 pm. Salary R6 500. Please note: phone calls are not accepted.
