Service Counter staff is a brand ambassador and is responsible to provide a holistic solution and excellent shipping and service experience to all
customers while maximizing available revenue opportunities for the business, which offer to ship, receiving, printing, and copying services.
The role of the Service Counter staff will be to: Attend to customer queries and provide holistic solutions based on service offered Have a proactive approach to customer requirements. Proactively ensure that the customer is aware of the necessary paperwork and any special
instructions in line with the compliance and regulations set
Provide the customer with the right product and pricing information and offer the most
appropriate service based on customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Ensure transactional information and system entries are completed in an accurate manner
Provide accurate shipping statuses from track and trace systems
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limit, and follow up to ensure resolution is met
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Take the extra mile to engage customers
Maintain daily reports
Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the counter.
