Real Estate Assistant, Parow, Northern Suburbs. A Real Estate Agency in the Northern Suburbs is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to commence by no later than 21 June 2021. 

Our requirements are as follows: At least 5 years experience in the Real Estate Industry, specifically with Sales and Rental Admin.

Fully Bilingual, Able to work on your own without supervision. Deadline orientated with attention to detail. Experience with PropCtrl, Lightstone, CMA required. Must have solid basic knowledge of Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel). An NQF4 PPRE qualification will be to your advantage. Knowledge of POPI, FIC, and PAIA will be a benefit. Access to a Fibre connection is a must. Standby for calls on maintenance emergencies 24/7/365

We offer an 8 am-2 pm weekday half-day position, which may later expand into a full-day opportunity. The ability to work from home (4 days a week at the moment, one day at the office, subject to change at any time). A company cell phone with a mobile and VOIP line and relevant airtime allocations. A company computer with the relevant programs and apps required. Paid holiday over Christmas, dates subject to confirmation. R5 000pm salary. Opportunity to earn extra with rental inspections.
