Our Manufacturing client in Ottery is looking for a Dispatch Administrator with 2-3 years experience as a Dispatch Administrator, must come from a Manufacturing background. Salary Negotiable.
Min Requirements: Matric. Relevant qualification – Added advantage. 2-3 + years experience in dispatch admin/supply chain incumbent must be proficient with good knowledge in the following areas: Solid dispatch/supply chain/operations understanding. Experience in Syspro or similar ERP.
Full administration process of dispatch function. Co-ordinate Orders due for dispatch. Coordinate Sample Orders due for dispatch. Annual Stock Take and cycle counts. Investigate non-conformances within the dispatch warehouse. Coordinate returns from suppliers. Monthly Reporting. Please only apply if you work or worked for a Manufacturing company.
