Candidates must have an idea of accounting works and production works. Must have experience with MS Word and MS Excel. Prepare invoices/delivery notes/quotations/purchase orders. Reply to email, telephone calls, or face-to-face inquiries. Follow up on pending payments.
Updating and maintaining the employee database. Scanning of passports, labor contracts, labor cards, and visa details.
Good command over written and spoken English.
Able to take the initiative in an organization and system-related activities.
