Responsibility: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3- 4 years’ experience within a similar role- Assist with cashbook, processing, and reconciliation. Processing of debtors. Reconciliation of debtors. Maintaining the fixed asset register. Updating financial records. Assisting with the preparation of monthly reports and reconciliations.

Managing of exports department with the following: Preparation of customs documents. Arrangement of shipping containers.

Qualifications: Matric, B.Compt / B.Comm / B.Accounting. Computer Software:  Advanced Excel Skills, Syspro, and ERP Software. SAIPA / SAICA Articles will be adv. Experience with foreign transactions & customs documents will be adv. Good understanding of accounting principles. Good relationship-building skills. Excellent planning and organizational skills. Team player and deadline-driven. Meticulous attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Experience from the manufacturing/engineering industry will be high adv.  This position is available immediately.
