Graphic Designer, Other, Pretoria / Tshwane. Main purpose: Assist current designer to relieve pressure of current workload. Create opportunity for more marketing mediums to be implemented on regular basis. Relieve pressure from current marketing coordinator by assisting with day to day administration tasks. Ensure quality of work/marketing material is up to standard. To ensure design deadlines are met and up to standard. Ensure there is synergy throughout between the different offices and campaigns.

Conceptualisation of designs: Assist current designer in conceptualising and creating marketing material, adjust content when necessary. Flyers, Internet Ads, Billboards, Pointers, Posters & Tear-off posters, Website, Vehicle branding, Banners and flags, Street pole ads, Expos and Marketing Gazebos, Other.

Must be able to work on the following platforms: Adobe Suite - Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop, Premier Pro. After Effects advantageous. Google drive. Assisting with marketing coordination and communication. Liaise with service providers to obtain quotations and confirm orders.

Follow approval processes for all quotes and artwork. Follow up deliveries. Correspond with Marketing managers to obtain monthly information for newsletters, organic social media posts and other as needed. Assist with preparations of formal presentations and proposals.

Minimum Required: Degree/ Diploma in Information Design, Graphic Design or related. Relevant experience 2-5 years in similar role. Trackable work history as a graphic designer. Afrikaans and English language skills. Own transport.

Salary: R 20 000 - R 25 000 per month depending on experience and qualifications
