Storekeeper Interior Fitout in Dubai
Salary: 2,000 To 3,000 Monthly (AED)
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Receive new consignment and check the same against the In-transit Shipment/Packing Lists/Invoice and ensure that items received are in good condition without breakage or shortage and inform superior of anomalies.
2. Supervise laborers while receiving, checking, distributing and issuing items.
3. Ensure that all the material kept under his control are arranged in a proper manner.
4. Ensure that new items received are located in the appropriate sub inventory and labeled the correct item codes.
5. Attends to correspondence and addresses queries regarding stock position, cost receipts etc.
6. Ensure issued items are against authorized Internal Requisition.
7. Perform Cycle Count and update the system accordingly.
8. Transfer material to other organization within and outside the region based on authorized notification.
9. Ensure that locators are updated and materials are re-arranged on regular basis.
10. Reviews, controls and maintains an adequate stock level in the store and inform
11. Superior about any item reaching minimum level to enable replenishing stock and avoid running out of the same.
12. Performs routine and simple clerical functions such as filing and coding.
13. Routinely fills out materials requisitions as per requirement for Purchasing or/and transfer.
14. Maintains and observes cleanliness and safety precautions to comply with safety rules, standards and directives.
15. Performs any other related duties as required.
Minimum Requirements:
1. 3-5 years experience as Storekeeper
2. Gender: Male
3. Nationality: Any, pref. Indian
4. Age: 25-35 years old.
5. Educational background: High school or at least diploma holder
6. Availability: Immediately or with 1 month notice
7. No BAN
