Co-ordination with Project Engineer and obtain approval from consultants. Preparation of look ahead schedule and work plan and assign a team of supervisors and job workers to carry out the work. Supervise the works at the site and execute as per approved method statement, drawings and as per main contractors’ requirements and MEP coordinator. Avoid occurrence of Site Instructions and Non-Conformance reports and close the same if any immediately.

Monitor the quality of works and installations as per approved quality plan and specifications. Monitor and wastage of Material, safe working at site and maintain good housekeeping at workplace. Monitor and maintain all Tools, Major equipment and plant machineries employed at site. Manage workers distributions and utilization at various sites Keep control on all resources, tools, material storage, management of consumables. Must have ADDC certificate/License.
