Vacancy for Debtors Clerk, Eastern Pretoria, Pretoria / Tshwane. Hiring Debtors Clerk position available at light engineering company based in Pretoria East. Looking for a well organized person who has experience in Accounts Receivable to work in the accounts department managing debtor accounts, communicating with clients regarding open orders, resolving all queries and manage logistics regarding open orders. Applicant needs to be a good communicator and be good at accounting or mathematics.

Must be able to start work on 1 June 2021 or soonest thereafter.

Duties: Generate work orders from funds received / client purchase orders. Communicate with clients regarding open orders. Manage Orders from Online Store. Order Marketing Materials. Update open orders on the database. Arrange transport for orders that are ready to dispatch.

Arrange imports and exports. Assist accounting department with other tasks. Collect monies due from debtors at various stages. Calculate outstanding debtors amounts, Invoicing, Issue of serial numbers and credit applications —i.e . all admin duties relating to debtors. Assist with store, sales & packing of small goods. General admin duties

Requirements: Matric qualification with Mathematics will be a plus. Tertiary qualification B.Com a plus. Experience in accounts receivable department. Experience with Sage Pastel will be a plus. Good computer skills. Good communication skills, not easily intimidated. Completely fluent in at least English and Afrikaans.

An accurate detail driven person, with good number skills. Must be able to handle pressure. Drivers license & own transport to work. Salary of R 12 000 – R 17 000, according to skill level.
