The function of this role is to assist customers with obtaining quotes from builders, plumbers and electricians in a timeous fashion and then secure the work.

Key Performance Areas: Process calls/jobs from customers and allocate to service providers. Update customer records and information accurately. If not available assist in appointing service providers to ensure customer satisfaction. Promote the company's products and services. Ensure all time based process requirements are completed in required period. Direct unresolved queries to the Team Leader. You will be required to be on call every second weekend.
