Collating, calculating, and entering data into the payroll system in order to maintain and update payroll information
Compiling summaries of variable earnings and deductions.
Resolving payroll discrepancies
Maintaining payroll policies and procedures.
Developing ad hoc reports as needed.
HR
Employee Onboarding and Exit process.
Coordinating with PRO for Visa Processing/cancellation.
Coordinating the creation of Email and access company related software
Drafting of employment contracts
Filling and maintaining employee files
Admin
Procurement of Office and Pantry Supplies
Coordinating with External IT for IT related concerns
Coordinating with Cleaning and office maintenance.
