Call Centre Agent, City Centre, Durban City. The purpose of the Call Centre Agent is to attend all electricity related faults and complaints reported by consumer through the acknowledgement, analysis and prioritisation of faults.

Remuneration: R15,197-R19,000 per month

Requirements: Matric/Grade 12. Relevant certificate accredited by SAQA. A least 12 -18 months relevant experience. Computer literacy.
