ACCL International DMCC is looking to hire for a Purchasing Officer with food items, food purchasing, FMCG, supermarket experience and is available to join immediately.

Qualifications: Proven experience as a Purchasing Officer in food industry, with 3-6 years experience

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

Proven knowledge in overall areas of Procurement

Preparing Purchase orders for food, beverages and general items for both local and International market

Establish and maintain the most effective purchasing & receiving procedures

Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery timing, best prices and also ensure all criteria’s are met according to organizational requirements and expectations.

Researching potential suppliers, compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.

Track and monitor purchases, from initial order to delivery

Prepare monthly reports

Resolves supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors.
