Admin Duties & Responsibilities: Overseeing attendance register & covid screening. Answering phone/arrange couriers/ordering stock etc. Generating quotes. Opening job cards and managing of manufacturing and installation dates. Liaise with customers. Submit staff hours to payroll to process weekly wages. Submit creditors invoices to bookkeeper. Ensure the required billing is submitted on time and accurately. Follow up with outstanding debtors. Control & issuing of safety gear. Assist owner with daily tasks & admin.
HR Functions: Drafting, issuing & updating of staff contracts for all staff. Maintaining personnel files by recording of Disciplinary matters, Leave Issuing of payslips.
Experience/Qualifications: Matric with advanced computer (MS Office) skills. At least 5 years’ experience in an admin position. Code 8 drivers licence and own transport essential. Good administrative skills. Good communication skills both verbal and in writing. The ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines. Excellent planning, organizational & filing skills. Analytical, problem solving & decision-making skills. Responsible, reliable and honest. Strong personality type able to work in a environment. Salary: Experience dependent.
