Job Details: A leading automotive distributor wishes to appoint an experienced automotive professional to manage one of their branches operationally and to drive the sales and customer service.
Requirements: Key responsibilities will include achieving the branch target in terms of unit sales, promotional activities to attract walk in customers, mentoring and motivating the sales team, delivering customer satisfaction and service, monitoring the finance to ensure proper cost management, maintaining good relationships with government departments, maintaining showroom ambience and brand visual identity and keeping the staff informed about all internal communications. The ideal candidate will have at least ten years experience in the auto industry of which at least five years experience as a Branch Head with a car distributor. He should be able to manage a showroom and sales team and have good leadership skills in order to manage staff and customers. An English / Arabic speaker will be an added advantage.
