Should have 0 to 1 year experience in same field. Should manage the front office professionally. Admirable attention to detail while incoming / outgoing call coordination. Must be well versed in incoming & outgoing documentation, tracking and control system. Having knowledge in office equipment and stationery management. Ability to prepare and send internal circulars / mails. Ability to handle multi-tasking. Good MS office and navigation skills.
