Salary Administrator, Woodstock, Cape Town. Reporting to: Payroll Manager, Department: Finance Department. Location: Cape Town. Contract Type: Permanent. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, the Salaries Administrator will provide assistance to the Payroll Manager and related tasks in the Wage Department.

Key Job Functions: Administration of Time and Attendance. Maintenance of payroll and leave administration systems ESS approvals. Accurate processing of new and temporary employees, transfers, promotions, terminations and other payroll related processing. Assisting Wage office with various payroll tasks. Ensure that all Payroll related documentation is filed and or uploaded in the server.

Qualifications And Experience: Minimum: Grade 12 / NQF Level 4. Experience: At least 3 years’ relevant experience in salaries. Relevant Diploma or Degree. Knowledge of Kronos, SAGE 300 People system & ESS. Basic knowledge of South African employment laws and employee tax regulations. Strong attention to detail, meticulous and accuracy. Excellent time keeping and attendance record. Able to work overtime and under pressure.
