Responsible for sorting, filing, storing, and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents.
Ensure all incoming and reviewed documents are correctly logged and redirected to the right person/department.
Organize and maintain electronic copies and file-sharing system of all incoming and outgoing documents.
Ensure timely transfer of electronic documents and hard copy documentation to/from clients, and third parties.
Maintain a comprehensive database with all documents, ensuring they are correctly registered and appropriately filled.
Follow-up for pending responses for incoming and outgoing mail with the concerned parties.
Manage precise archiving of technical documentation.
Ensure the documents are maintained under safe custody, without any damage or deterioration with easy traceability.
