We have a position available for a Admin Clerk in our cold store and applicants are invited to apply if you meet the following requirements: Applicants without previous cold store experience WILL NOT be considered. Grade 12 or NQF equivalent. Meticulous, systematic, with high attention to detail. High work ethics, loyal and committed. Positive attitude, and high energy levels. Willing to work within a team environment.
Ability to follow instructions, and follow through on tasks. Strong excel skills. Work in a extremely high pressure environmental. Be able to work in a cold environment.
Responsibility: Controlling the Front Door for visitors, drivers, contractors, staff, Creating new stock codes on Macro for new products. Create new clients (Accounts) on the system and load pricing. Report issues to shipping department on Goods Received. Filing, Archiving. Relocating of pallets Moving stock from Superfreeze 1 to pick store. Replenish stock, Report on stock levels. Transfer stock on the system and as well as move the physical stock.
Month End changes to all containers and clients, Proformas, Tax invoices and statements and all debtors reports. Deal with Stock Queries and Account Issues.
