Call Centre Agent - customer service
Terms of Employment: Temporary, Full Time, Day, Evening
Salary: $11.50 to $12.25 Hourly for 40 hours per week
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school, Some college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not required
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Windows, General office equipment, Electronic mail
Specific Skills: Answer inquiries and provide information to customers, Access and process information
