Food Production Manager, George, Eden. Requirements: Grade 12. Relevant qualification preferable: Degree/Diploma in Production. Degree/Diploma in Operations Management. Must be computer literate. Previous experience with HACCP/ EurepGAP  or other food related audits would be a big plus. Own cell phone . Own vehicle.

Responsibility Duties: Managing all factory staff. Managing daily production and processing of all product lines (1000-1500 liters per day). Maintaining Health & safety protocols.

Ensure compliance with Food Safety requirements: Hygiene, Cold chain, Completion and submission of paperwork etc. Receiving and getting orders in Doing deliveries as required.

Stock management: Ensuring stock levels are correct. Ordering stock of all cost of sale items: Packaging, Culture, Gas, Labels etc. Minor maintenance. Monitor equipment and ensure that facility runs properly. Issuing of all delivery notes with dispatched orders. Dispatching orders.

Salary: Negotiable and dependent on experience
