Job Description: Maintain the cleanliness of the service area including the toilets. Cleanliness of the furniture including the cushion covers. Setup the restaurant including tables (preparation for service). Stock take and ordering of cleaning materials. Schedule regular deep cleaning of the venue. Handle related external contractors such as deep cleaner, hood and exhaust cleaners and any other maintenance issues. Oversee and report any maintenance concerns.
