Background: We are a manufacturer of precast concrete products focused on the agricultural sector and currently looking for an operations manager who can manage the day to day operations of our newly constructed factory

Requirements: Technical abilities. Knowledge of how concrete samples are tested for strength as well as the implications of these results. Experience in a precast environment. General concrete knowledge,including but not limited to quality control aspects of concrete products like honeycome indentification,proper reinforment protocols and basic concrete mix design knowledge. Quality Control Knowledge in a precast yard. Knowledge of how hydraulic systems operate and must be able to differentiate between different units used to measure pressure in these systems. Able to manage a concrete plant with consitency.

Duties: Handle the quality control aspects of a factory. Production inspection and concrete testing. Recording of inspection results. Ensure Specification Compliance. Supervise and manage labourers.
