A wellreputed company based in Dubai is looking for a Receptionist in Dubai. Ideal applicant will be responsible for greeting clients and visitors to our office. Schedule meetings and conference rooms. Prepare paper for consideration and presentation by management team. Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals. Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management database systems and performing basic bookkeeping work. You will be in charge of giving clients directions to various parts of the office, contacting employees regarding visitors, answering phones and taking messages, and sorting and distributing mail. To be successful in this role, you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as competency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel. Prior experience as a receptionist or similar role will be an advantage. Suitable and qualified applicants should send cv to.
