We are currently looking for a vibrant, energetic, and dynamic candidate for a Receptionist at our office based in Cosmos Business Park.

Responsibilities: Provide general administrative and clerical support. Work on Jivo Chat and Switchboard. Answering of telephone. Take and relay messages. Deal with queries from the public and customers. Answer inquiries regarding services and availability of the personnel.

Provide information to callers over the telephone. Assist with Approvals. Previous experience in an office related environment will be an advantage.
