Admin and Operations Assistant, Bellville, Northern Suburbs. We are a environmental drilling & remediation company looking for a admin and operational assistant.
Essential Functions: Assist Managing Director and Financial Controller in all admin and operation functions, including but not exclusive to the following: Populating staff timesheets. Travel arrangements for teams working out of office. Answering phone calls. Completing staff expense reports. General filing of paperwork. Ordering & purchasing of stock. Vehicle roadworthy, licencing and registration management.
Scheduling staff training. General admin duties.
Requirements: Matric. Valid driver’s license & own vehicle (use of personal vehicle will be reimbursed according to standard AA rates). Five years-experience in general admin, PA or operations support. Computer literate with experience in the following software. Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Powerpoint. Permanent location will be based in Stikland, Cape Town. Option available to work from home for 2 days per week. Reference list of previous employers.
Renumeration: Gross salary of R5000 per month. Working hours, 07:30 – 12:00, Monday to Friday (to be confirmed).
