We are seeking for Concierge/Receptionist• Meeting, greeting and directing residents and guests.
Work closely with the property team to attract and retain residents/guests through superior customer service.
Verifying and recording visitor information.
Answering calls professionally and assists callers with directions or instructions for the building.
Handle and resolve all Residence owners’ complaints, keeping the Resident Manager fully informed, and recording any incidents it in the daily logbook or system
Coordinate and organize the daily activities and requests of residents
Respond to all resident needs and requests, including making deliveries, pick-ups and drop-offs
Maintain a working knowledge of the building Rules and Regulations, notifying management of specific violations
Other activities as deemed appropriate by management.
