We are looking for Inventory Controller

Prepare Inventory analysis reports on a bi-monthly basis, reporting inventory according to their movement

Prepare reports related to the old stock and non moving stock, advising measures to rationalize this inventory.

Formulate action plans on the above analytical reports with the Inventory Controller and ensuring inventory levels are stored at optimal levels

Verify and rectify if necessary stock codes recorded in the system and keep Inventory List updated

Forecast inventory requirements using sales/procurement information and supplier specifications and customer order requirements

Ensure stock ordering is done on the Economic Ordering Quantity mechanism, and that the stock order is optimal

Ensure purchase order entry in the software is accurate and is as per forecast requirements

Track and monitor inventory levels at warehouse and remote locations.
