The successful candidate must have good communication skills, be able to work under pressure and prepared to work shifts with long hours. Must have 5 years or more experience in a Bakery environment. Must be fully bilingual (Afrikaans & English) with contactable references. Will be responsible for ordering, managing of staff, GP's, a good turnover and store participation of department.
