Sous Chef Urgently Required, Green Point & Waterfront, Atlantic Seaboard. We are a well established restaurant at the V&A Waterfront that have recently expanded and are looking to grow our team. The position requires a minimum of 3 years experience in similar position. Strong baking skills would be beneficial. Experience on the grill, working on the pass, stock control. Candidate needs to be vibrant, dynamic and an all-rounder.
