Legal Receptionist, Parow, Northern Suburbs. Our law firm in Parow is urgently seeking to employ a receptionist/ office administrator to start immediately.
Duties: Answering switchboard. Directing calls to the right staff. Taking messages. Attending to clients re appointments, Filing, Writing of reports. Able to handel large volume of paperwork. Ad hoc duties if needed.
Office Administration: The successful candidate must. Be fuent in Afrikaans and English. Have own transport. Be people orientated and results driven. Be fully computer literate. Have strong administration skills. Have Grade 12 or higher qualification. Excellent planning and organizational skills. Experience working in a law firm. Excellent verbal and writing skills (Afrikaans and English). Excellent grammer and people interaction skills. Good telephone etiquette. Well presentable. Start date: Immediately.
