CCTV control room Supervisor (Pinetown Westmead), Pinetown, West Suburbs. We require a CCTV Supervisor who can be entrusted with carrying out surveillance of designated premises using CCTV systems to pick up signs of threat and risks and warn the stakeholder well in time to safeguard life, property and premises.
Strictly Psira Registered Candidates Only. Must Have Own Vehicle. Work 12 Hour Shifts (06h00 – 18h00) Monday-Friday. Monitor, trouble shooting and managing of staff and equipment usage and work progress. Ensuring that Accurate record keeping is done by the CCTV control room operators. Drawing up Incident Reports.
Ensure that there is Constant communication between the CCTV control room operators and Security, managers and supervisors. Monitor all software in the control room and liaise directly Technical Team and ensure optimal service is always given and problems are addressed immediately. Implement new procedures within the CCTV control room if needed or requested by the Management. Draw up shift Rosters for the CCTV control room staff. Ensuring that the CCTV Controller are always adhering to company procedures.
Hire, coach and provide training to personnel to maintain high service standards to our Client. The successful candidate must be fluent in English (Ready, write and speak). Other languages will be to the advantage of the candidate. The terms of employment contract will be discussed with the employee at the interview.
