Department Manager - retail (Junior Meat and Seafood Manager)
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Weekend, Day, Evening
Salary: $12.55 to $14.00 Hourly for 40 hours per week, Other Benefits, Medical Benefits, Dental Benefits, Vision Care Benefits

Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school, Some college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training, Some university
Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Electronic mail, Electronic scheduler, Word processing software, Spreadsheet software, Database software, Inventory control software, Basic computer skills (will train)
Staff Responsibility: 1 - 20
Specific Skills: Plan, direct and evaluate daily operations, Manage staff and assign duties, Determine staffing requirements, Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages, Customer service oriented
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Handling heavy loads, Attention to detail, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Standing for extended periods
