Property Development/ Project Administrator, Berea & Musgrave, Durban City. Our client, a leading international commercial property developer, has a vacancy for a Property Development Administrator. The job will require you to provide a prompt and efficient level of administrative support for the Development Executive, Development Managers and Project Managers in the Developments division as well as coordinate the activities related to these functions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
Key Performance Areas. Take minutes of Development Administration and Development Operations meetings. Manage Developments dashboard register with team members. Update professional indemnity register. Prepare resolutions and the like for Director sign-off. Coordinating and setting up electronic meetings. Preparation and printing of documentation for the division. Responsible for overall filing system. Assist in Handover file scanning and Handover file creation.
Assist in preparation of monthly Development Cost meeting packs, and related zoom meetings. General office administration on a day to day basis including secretarial functions of taking messages, arranging meetings etc. General support for team members both in JHB and DBN on a day to day basis.
Assisting with the dealing of potential tenants with any adhoc development administration required. Assist with fielding and responding to enquiries related to vacant space associated with development projects. Interact with legal and lease administration personnel to assist with closing out lease documentation together with following up on the drafting of any required development documentation for the team members. Assist with arranging of functions for Developments team.
Key Competencies: Matric (Grade 12). 2 years’ experience in related property or development industry. Microsoft Office (Word / Excel/ PowerPoint). Excellent computer skills. On the job training (based on assignment of daily tasks).
