Vacancy Details: A Port Elizabeth office automation company is seeking a hard working, reliable and well spoken individual to join their team in a permanent role as a Konica Minolta Technician.
Responsibilities: Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches. Manage all site installation, repairs, maintenance and test tasks. Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions. Produce timely and detailed service reports. Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols. Regularly meet and assist clients with technical support, literature and training. Service success that improves customer satisfaction and maximizes customer retention. Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations.
Candidate requirements: Only certified Konica Minolta technicians will be considered for this position. Current and valid drivers license. Previous experience in technical support on Konica Minolta equipment and IT will be advantageous. Computer literate. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Good verbal and written English skills. Working Hours: 08:00 -16:30. Monday-Friday. Salary:  Market related.
