We are looking for a hardworking, dynamic, efficient, and meticulous individual to join our team as a receptionist/administrator. We are a private practice located in Linden, Johannesburg specialising in alternative, holistic healing. 
Candidates should have an interest in complementary medicine and be willing to learn further. We are searching for an innovative, hardworking individual who takes initiative and is looking to grow with the practice. Prior employment at a health shop or pharmacy, or previous retail knowledge would be advantageous. We pride ourselves in our customer/patient service and as the first point of contact with the practice, a friendly demeanour is necessary.
Responsibilities: Scheduling of appointments and reps. Stock control and ordering. Managing staff. Managing social media accounts. Handling and dispatch of orders. Accounting.
Requirements: Matric. Diploma (added advantage). Drivers licence. MS Office proficient (especially Excel). Retail experience. SARS experience. Coordinating and scheduling skills. Organisational skills. Team player. Attention to detail.
