2.) Provide assistance in the budget preparation, budget forecasts, and closure of accounts processes.

3.) Accountancy and Bookkeeping

4.) Carry out the requirements of the service specification for the Accountancy and Bookkeeping

5.) Provide advice and guidance on financial matters as follows:-

Budget costing

Budgetary control

Year-end budget forecasts

Financial systems and documentation

Contract Standing Orders

Accounting requirements

Implementation of audit reports

VAT regulations and filing

Cash-flow monitoring

Regular follow-ups and Payment collection

Any other financial matters that arise.
