We are looking for a Sales and Purchase assistant to join our team immediately.

Sales assistant – assist the sales team by computing quotations on ERP and Excel, initiate delivery schedule, follow up with clients.

Purchase assistant – compute local and international purchase order, local and international quotation requests.

Experience and knowledge of import/export is highly recommended (incoterms, documents), English is mandatory, advanced skills on Excel mandatory (VLOOKUP).

Knowledge of hospitality industry, FF&E or OS&E is a plus.
