Real Estate Law Clerk

We are a small law firm located in Vaughan, Ontario, seeking an experienced free-lance Real Estate Law Clerk.
The Candidate must be able to handle residential and commercial real estate transactions from start to finish, with limited management. The candidate's responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
 Drafting and coordinating all documents required for purchase, sale, and refinancing closings
 Preparing all documents required for closings using Conveyancer, LawyerDoneDeal and Teraview
 Preparing and reviewing title execution searches
 Organizing and coordinating files, client meetings, and closings
 Communicating directly with lenders, brokers, law firms and clients in a professional manner
 Drafting requisitions and responses to requisitions
 Completing the requisite documents to request funds from lenders
 Preparing final documents packages for clients and for lenders
Qualification Requirements:
 A minimum of 2 years of experience as a real estate law clerk
 In-depth expertise with Conveyancer, Teraview, PCLaw and MS Word software
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 Highly organized, efficient, accurate and thorough with a strong attention to detail
 The ability to work independently and follow instructions with minimal supervision
