Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school, Some college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not required
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English
Work Setting: Private sector, Retail and wholesale distribution center, Transportation
Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Windows, General office equipment, Electronic mail, Word processing software, Spreadsheet software, Database software, Internet browser
Specific Skills: Answer inquiries and provide information to customers, Issue receipts and other forms, Access and process information, Perform general office duties
