We are hiring A well established Company in Montague Gardens has the following vacancies available: Receptionist /Admin: The ideal Candidate - Duties and Reponsibilities (but not limited to). Knowledge of furnishing Customers with quotes. Liaising with Customers w.r.t feedback / progress on vehicles and ensuring all credentials of the repairs are logged timeously according to the work being done. Be able to do vehicle and government warranty claims. +2 years experience. Literate in Ms Office and Pastel. Meticulous and Professional. Neat and Presentable at all times. Manage a busy Switchboard. Good telephone etiquette. Team Player. Ensure all the admin duties relevant to the role are kept up to date accurately and efficiently.

This is a diverse position and you would need to be flexible in dealing with different types of people and situations.
