Bilingual Engineering Sourcing Specialist

Our client, a global engineering company, is seeking a Bilingual Engineering Sourcing Specialist to join its Montreal office for an initial 3 month contract. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an eagerness to hunt and source Engineering talent in order to assist our client with a new, high-profile, multi-million dollar project. You will be responsible for conducting initial sourcing and candidate outreach efforts, after which time you will pass the potential candidates along to the recruitment team for candidate management. Depending on mutual fit and upcoming projects, opportunities may arise to return in the future or for a contract extension.

 Must be Bilingual in English/French
 Technical (Engineering) recruitment experience required
 Ability to use a variety of traditional and non-traditional methods to source candidates for difficult skillsets
 Comfortable navigating a variety of social media platforms
 Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while handling a high-volume of acquisitions
