SR QS-Female Filipino Minimum of 5 Years working experience

JR QS-Male Filipino Minimum of 3 years working experience

Applicant should be available in United Arab Emirates.

Willing to join immediately.

Minimum of three years working experience.

Qualification:

Review and checking the BOQ at the starting of the work.

Prepare the eng. Measurement for the quantities of the finished works.

Prepare lists of the site needs (material, workers, technicians)

Calculate the remuneration of the subcontractors, workers, equipment’s etc.

Prepare the payment statements

Prepare the detailed reports describing the situation of the items quantities, (plus or minus the contract BOQ)

Reviewing labour schedules and comparing to progress on site

Pricing variations

Checking site progress (visit site), record progress and transfer onto monthly payment applications

Gradually working up to contractual agreements

Reviewing drawings, keeping note of any changes.
