Salary - R11 500.00 per Month. Responsible for full functions of debtors and creditors. To manage customer accounts in conjunction with the relevant sales representatives and manager in such a way as to ensure the accuracy of information, quality of debt collection and to meet customer satisfaction levels.

High level of system maintenance to ensure accuracy and efficient processing of payments. Skills Minimum of Grade 12. Have at least 5 years’ experience in Debtors/Creditors. Computer literate i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook. Good maths, calculation ability. Must be bilingual Professional and customer orientated. Strong reconciliation skills

Ensure timeous professional collection of outstanding accounts. Keeping records and systems updated. Timeous and accurate reporting on daily and weekly basis. Match purchase orders with POD and invoices before processing.

Laise with customers to ensure timeous payment of accounts. Process suppliers’ invoices and reconcile supplier accounts. Follow up on any queries relating to price, quantity or terms. Liaise with originator of purchase order and supplier to ensure accuracy and correctness.
