Key responsibilities would include but not limited to: Property advertising which includes inspecting properties and taking of photos. Sourcing new rental mandates. Processing of rental applications. Signing of leases. Liaising with Landlords, tenants and contractors. Resolving maintenance issues at properties. Checking up on monthly rental payments and follow up. Ability to be hands on. Last but not least: Knowledge of the real estate industry.

Must haves: Own vehicle. The obvious - computer literate. Cell phone. Laptop

Remuneration: Basic plus commission.
